Websites for plumbing and heating engineers
Boiler swaps, leaks, bathrooms: customers see what you do and where, then send you the job with photos.
What your website does for you
Built around how your customers find you: on a phone, often in a hurry.
-
Enquiries with photos
Customers send a photo of the boiler, the leak or the bathroom, with their postcode. You see on your phone whether the job suits you before you call back.
-
The areas you cover
Towns and postcode districts listed plainly, so people know you come to them, and Google knows it too.
-
Gas Safe details, shown right
Your Gas Safe registration number and the work you are registered for, with a link to check it on the Gas Safe Register. Only what is true for your business.
-
Call button always in reach
A large call button on every page, if you want calls. Or only the enquiry form, if you would rather call people back.
-
Emergency and normal hours
When you take emergency call-outs and when you don't, said clearly on your site and on Google.
The pages your site gets
People rarely search for "a plumber". They search for the job: "boiler not working", "leaking pipe under sink", "bathroom fitter near me". So your site gets a page for each kind of work you want more of, written in the words customers use.
Boilers and heating
Boiler repairs, servicing and replacements, the makes you work on, and what to send you: the boiler model and a photo of any fault code.
Leaks and repairs
Dripping taps to burst pipes. What counts as urgent, when you can come out, and what the customer can do while they wait, like turning off the stopcock.
Bathrooms
Full refits or just the plumbing, with photos of your own finished work and the steps from first visit to last tile.
Areas and hours
The towns and postcode districts you cover, your normal hours and, if you offer them, your emergency hours. Nothing you would rather not promise.
We ask you for the work you want more of, your Gas Safe number if you do gas work, the areas you cover and a few photos of jobs. We write the rest.

How it works
-
A short call or email
You tell us about your business, the work you want more of and the areas you cover. Free, and you sign nothing.
-
Your free draft
You see your new homepage before you decide. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
-
Live within a week
Once you approve the draft and we have your photos, the site goes live within a week.
Questions from plumbing and heating firms
Should my Gas Safe number be on the site?
If you do gas work, we recommend it: many customers check before they call, and the site links to the Gas Safe Register so they can. We only add registrations you give us, never schemes or memberships you don't hold.
Can I mention boiler guarantees?
Yes, worded precisely. A manufacturer's warranty is the manufacturer's promise, not yours, so the site says whose guarantee it is and for how long.
I already have a directory profile. Do I still need a website?
A directory shows you next to your competitors. Your own site shows only you, under your own address, and it works alongside your profile rather than replacing it.
Can the site show my prices?
If you want it to. Many firms show a fixed price for common jobs, such as a boiler service, and "from" prices or "quote after a visit" for the rest. We only write prices you give us.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the 6 months are paid. If you leave earlier, you pay the months that are left of the 6 and the site is yours.

What could your website look like?
We'll show you with a free draft of your homepage. Tell us which business it is for.
Tell us which areas you cover and whether you do gas work. That is enough for the draft.
