Full ownership after 6 months. Want to leave earlier? Pay the months that are left, and the site is yours. After 6 months: full care month to month, or Hosting only at £29 a month, with 30 days' notice.
Prices have no VAT added. Calder Web is not VAT-registered. Payment by bank transfer: £379 when you approve the draft, then £59 on the same day each month from launch.
When the site becomes yours
Every payment brings the site closer to being yours. After the setup fee and the 6th monthly payment, it belongs to you, with all its files.

You pay the monthly fees that are left of the 6 months in one go. Then the site is yours, and we help you move it wherever you like.

After 6 months
The site is yours. You choose what happens next, and you can switch by email whenever you like:
- Full care, £59 a month: hosting, updates, backups and up to 2 small changes a month.
- Hosting only, £29 a month: hosting, updates, checks and backups. No changes included; we quote any change before we make it.
- Leave: cancel with 30 days' notice by email.
If you cancel, you get the files and we help you move them to a new host.
Optional extras
Choose any of these when you order, or later. Each price is the whole price. Hosting is already part of the monthly care. Monthly SEO is the only monthly extra and runs month to month with 30 days' notice.

Your Google Business Profile completed in full: services, areas, hours, photos. Your business name, address and phone checked for the same spelling on the main free directories.

Each month: one post on your Google profile, one page improved for a search people in your area use, and a short note on what we changed. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

For a site you already have elsewhere: images compressed, unused code removed, measured with Google's Lighthouse before and after.

Logo and brand kit
£149 once
A simple logo in light and dark versions, your colours and fonts written down, and files ready for van lettering, business cards and social media.
Nobody can promise a place on Google. With the SEO extras we tell you what we changed and what we measured, never a ranking guarantee.

The site is yours. You can keep full care at £59 a month (hosting, updates, backups and small changes), switch to Hosting only at £29 a month (no changes included), or cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we hand over the files and help you move them.
What if I don't like the draft?
Then you pay nothing. The homepage draft is free, and you decide afterwards.
What counts as a small change?
A change to an existing page: a text, a photo, a price, your hours or holidays. New pages or new features get a written quote first, and you decide.
Do you work anywhere in the UK?
Yes. Everything runs by email and video call, so it does not matter where your business is. In London we can also meet in person.
Where are you based?
We are based in London and work with businesses across the UK by email and video call, and in person in London. Your site runs on Cloudflare, which serves visitors from data centres near them, and your domain is registered in your name.
