Questions from salons and barbers
Can clients book online?
Yes. If you use a booking app, the buttons on the site open it, so your diary stays in one place. If you take bookings by phone or message, the site sends you a booking request instead and you confirm it.
Should the site show prices?
We recommend it: clients compare prices before they book. We write exactly the prices you give us, with "from" only where the final price really depends on the hair.
Can the site explain patch tests?
Yes. If you ask for a patch test before colour, the site says when and how to book it, using your own rule, for example 48 hours before. We never add rules you do not use.
Can I offer gift vouchers?
The site can show your vouchers and take requests for them. You confirm the voucher and take payment the way you do now.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the 6 months are paid. If you leave earlier, you pay the months that are left of the 6 and the site is yours.
